Can you add M-Pesa payments to my website?
Yes. We connect your site to Safaricom's Daraja API so customers can pay with an M-Pesa prompt on their phone. You will need your own Paybill or Till number, and we guide you through getting the API access.
Do you build school or SACCO systems?
Yes. We start by understanding your current process — fees, members, contributions or records — and then build a system that fits it, with simple training for your staff.
Who owns the system once it is built?
This is agreed in writing before the project starts, so you know exactly what you are getting. See our Terms for the default arrangement.

What is a .co.ke domain?
.co.ke is the Kenyan web address for companies and businesses. It tells customers you are based in Kenya. We can register one for you or work with a domain you already own.
Can I keep my current domain?
Yes. You keep your domain; we only point it to your new website and email, or help you transfer it if you prefer.
Where do I buy hosting packages?

Bulk SMS
SMS still reaches every phone in Kenya, with or without internet. Use it for offers, reminders, payment confirmations and alerts. Messages are delivered through licensed network partners.

Common questions
What is a sender ID?
It is the name that appears instead of a phone number when your customers receive your SMS, for example ELVINSOFT. Sender IDs must be approved by the mobile networks before use; we help you prepare the application.
Can I send promotional SMS to anyone?
Promotional messages should only go to people who agreed to hear from you, and they must be able to opt out. This is also required under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019. We will help you set this up properly.
How much does Bulk SMS cost?
The price per SMS depends on volume and the type of message. Send us a message with roughly how many SMS you plan to send each month and we will give you a quote.
USSD
USSD lets your customers or members use your service by dialling a short code like *123#, even on a basic phone without data. We design the menus and build the system behind them.

No. USSD works on every mobile phone, including basic phones, and does not need internet or data bundles.
How do we get a USSD short code?
Short codes are provided through licensed network partners. We guide you through the options and the paperwork, then build and test your menus.
